Research

My research explores how leadership and workplace practices shape people’s well-being, safety, and dignity at work. By examining mental health, stress, unions, work–family dynamics, and sustainability, it reveals what helps people grow and organizations thrive. I study how high-quality leadership, autonomy, belonging, fairness, and meaningful, safe work create healthy, productive workplaces where people thrive to do their best.
