Julian Barling is an expert in leadership and workplace well-being. He has published over 200 scholarly works and is the author of The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Workbook For Leaders (with Simon Rego), The Science of Leadership, Imagining the Post-Covid Workplace and several other influential books on work, stress, and safety.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and has held leadership roles with the American Psychological Association and the Ontario Ministry of Labour. Julian has received multiple awards for his teaching and research, including recognition as one of Queen’s University’s most popular professors.
